A state judge on Monday struck down New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg‘s ban on oversized sugary drinks one day before the rule was to be implemented.
New York Supreme Court Judge Milton Tingling wrote on Monday that the law is “fraught with arbitrary and capricious consequences.”
